3	Key personnel will personally participate in the evaluation.
4	Your IT Department will be involved at all stages of the evaluation because that department is critical to the implementation and maintenance of any software system.

6	If the organization chooses to implement, only 45 days are FREE; if the organization chooses not to implement, all 90 days are free.
7	Your IT Department will emphasize to top management that with implementation, the only “training period” will be the time it takes your IT Department to demonstrate the system to the different groups of users. There will be no need to send any personnel to any Enterprise Software University for training.
